Flavours Orchard was designed by Vincent Callebaut Architectures in Kunming, Southwest China consists of 45 villas with futuristic architecture and use of clean energy to create a healthy eco lifestyle. The whole villas are adjusted automatically the tempertature and synchronise with wind and solar energy systems. Towards an environment without smoke, a lot of electric cars are used like as main public transports in the region. The garages and the technical rooms are located underground to ensure the land above completely reserved for pedestrians, cyclist and electric unmanned cars.
There are 3 types of villas: Mobius villa, Moutain villa and Shell villa.
The Mobius villas have an architecture like as an endless ribbon articulated around two patios with solar panels on the roof. The villa consists of bedrooms, bathrooms, offices and libraries
Mobius villa
The Mountain villas are designed to look like a huge Chinese fan, with a glass face towards the sun to welcomed warm sunshine of the morning. At the center of the villa is a spiral ladder around glass elevator. The Shell villas are looked like a cocoon with a turbine on top. It's located on 6 steel pillars to offers a panoramic view of the surrounding
