From the architect: The spatial distribution allows maximum flexibility of the rooms that revolve around the central volume that contains a bathroom, a laundry room and a row of wardrobes that solve the need for containing cabinets in the house. Over time and changing needs, the rooms move, divisions appear and new environments are created. The house can thus easily adapt to the changing needs of its occupants.
