From the architect: The apartment belongs to a young successful client, who decided to live in downtown Lisbon. We had as objective to create a functional space, but above this give meaning to this space, so that the client feels comfortable and that belongs to this space.
- Large-scale everyday objects
- Use of materials such as acrylic paint, néos producing pure, bright and fluorescent colors inspired by industry and objects of consumption;
- Color (Postwar life was full of color due to the passing production of new materials such as plastics and other materials manufactured in a rainbow of colors.) Vibrant tones represented the optimism and abundance promised after the war, and Pop Art he took advantage of this, introducing neon tones to the pieces.
