Project's description: Visitors can either take an elevator or climb the spiraling stairs enjoying unobstructed panormaic 360-degree views of central Houston to reach the top deck. Two observatory rest stops/decks on different elevations provide isolated views of the area between Bayou Park and Memorial Park and the area of the Downtown skyline and surroundings.
