Project's description: Visitors can either take an elevator or climb the spiraling stairs enjoying unobstructed panormaic 360-degree views of central Houston to reach the top deck. Two observatory rest stops/decks on different elevations provide isolated views of the area between Bayou Park and Memorial Park and the area of the Downtown skyline and surroundings. The Oberservatory Tower not only serves as tourist attraction, it merely functions as new landmark for Bayou Park in central Houston, the place of major outdoor social events throughout the year including concerts, festivals, parades and more.
