"In a single place while maintaining great variety : alleyways, big parks, playgrounds, uphill and downhill slopes… The idea is to focus on very lively common spaces, where people meet, share and discuss, with open landscapes as far as the eye can see" Bjarke Ingels (Founder of the architecture firm BIG) says.

The project will be offering a large range of hotels that will cater to every desire and the opportunity to discover and savor a variety of cuisines from all over the word, various fun and/or sports activities that are surprising and stimulate the senses, a statement of brand creativity by combining the latest technologies with innovative and unique concepts, plenty of open areas to share relaxing moments or sports activities with friends or family and a cultural offering accessible to all based on discovery, entertainment and events.
