From the architect: The penthouse, located in the exclusive neighborhood of Puerto Madero in Buenos Aires, represents a comprehensive interior design and architecture project. Known for its modern and cosmopolitan atmosphere, Puerto Madero combines a privileged riverside setting with stunning views and proximity to vibrant urban life, characteristics that directly influence the design of the project.

The apartment spans 620 sqm, distributed across the top three floors of a building, offering a living experience akin to being in a hotel, well-differentiated by levels. On the first floor, the public area was developed where, in addition to a spacious kitchen, there is a large double-height living room, an elegant dining room, a bar with a stylish counter, and a functional study. These spaces are open to each other yet subtly divided by personalized elements, such as a giant mirror that acts both as a space divider and a piece of art, adding a touch of creativity and distinction to the environment. A terrace complements this level, extending the space to the outdoors and allowing one to enjoy an open-air setting.

The second floor is dedicated to the private area and houses the bedrooms, designed to maximize comfort and privacy. This level also includes a library space that overlooks the ground floor, creating a multifunctional area that integrates entertainment and tranquility in one place.
