United Arab Emirates has announced a unique architecture of the world's first city which can control the temperature to be built in Dubai. Called "Mall to the world", will includes a planet's largest shopping center and a theme park is covered by a retractable glass dome open in the winter. Besides, the project also includes a healthy care center, a cultural celebration district events and a range of luxury hotels with 20,000 rooms. Estimated after completion, the city will welcome about 180 million visitors each year, creating a year-round destination for visitors of all ages.
