Located in Varna, Bulgaria. Accord House is an amazing futuristic house which is a metaphor for the symbiotic relation between the fragile glass and the strong concrete. The house was designed by STARH Stanislavov architects.
According to the architects: Bold, aggressive and different Accord House is designed to be the first home of its owners.
Functionally it is designed as a single-story house with a central day-time zone, acting as the center of attraction for the four bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and a bathroom. In the basement there are four parking places, a small gym with a sauna and the necessary technical and storage spaces. The landscaping and the pool are designed in a minimalistic spirit, emphasizing the exiting design of the building.
