Guest Houses in Ukraine by YOD

Today we want to introduce a range of luxury guest houses that was designed by YOD for luxury hotel in Ukraine Verholy Relax Park.

First, Chalet 4.0 is a part of the hotel complex Relax Park Verholy. New apartments are fully integrated in a pine forest. Instead of the usual solid base the building stands on the so-called screw base. This construction helped to settle chalet just in the forest without harming trees or damaging their root system.
The building consists of two separate rooms with a common guest hall. There is an additional house for the guests in the territory.

The interior is eco-friendly and restrained. Forest theme and connection to nature are emphasized by the selection of principal materials, such as stone and wood. Rhythmic veneer lines on the walls symbolize rows of pine trees outside the window, and cow skin looks like animals that lives in the forest. 

The guest houses are the variation of the hotel rooms in a hotel complex relax Park Verholy. Houses are built from lightweight metal frame structures made in accordance with the designers’ drafts.

Instead of the usual solid base the house stands on the so-called screw base. This technology allows to set quickly the structure  in  any  landscape among the  pines without damaging any  trees or  their root system. The houses are standing above the ground (at least a meter), so designers succeeded to manage without the base structure and the waterproofing. From outside the building is covered with heat-treated plates made of solid alder.The interior floors are tiled and equipped with water heating; the walls are covered with plywood from veneered oak, and ceilings and terrace with larch plates. One of the walls in the house is fully glazed. For finishing designers used only natural materials.

Guest houses are the part of Relax Park Verholy. They are built from lightweight constructions, which help to realize a project in a short time. Instead of using usual solid base, houses stand on the so-called screw-base. This technology allows set the structure right in the pine forest without damaging trees.

The interior is restrained and minimalist. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling glazing we managed to reach maximum integration into environment. Original decoration of one of the walls attracts attention. Skins cut into squares continue with the nature theme and make the building and the forest the same body.
