Douradores 160 by Contacto Atlântico

This project aims to change the existing property located in the Douradores 160 Street, with 1,255.21 sqm of gross locable area, which is almost a century-old building of offices.

From the architect: It is intended to change facades, especially with regard to the ground and rooftop floor, changing the use of ground floor for trade and the upper floors for housing, and provide the building with technical and functional features appropriate to the proposed uses.

On the ground floor will be created two small shops with about 95 sqm each. On the other levels there will be 12 housing typologies of different types: one T0 type, seven T1 type and four T2 type that will be on the market as short term rental´s.
