Pet House by BOTTEGA17

The idea was born with the aim of redeveloping an area for his own features that has historically and economically determined and enhanced the society of the Valdarno municipalities.

From the architect: Reactivate the area thanks to an intervention that has the goal to attract the population through a series of services. The intervention takes place in an area of the municipality of Figline Valdarno called "Argini dell 'Arno" given the proximity to the banks of the same river. The position is easily reachable from the vehicles of transport. 

The area in question is located near the Arno river. The context therefore it is strongly natural and uncontaminated. Nature stands out every form of architecture. The presence of the banks of the Arno is mainly used for walking activities|sports. But in any case, the context has gaps from the point of view of activities and services, as it does not offer any kind of commercial | recreational solution.

VISION:  Our vision is therefore to redevelop the entire area reading it and studying it as a single Masterplan organism. Offering activities and services that make the same place and center of social aggregation. Through our vision the project will become a crucial point for the municipality offering a wide variety of services.
