From the architect: The functions introduced in the outdoor spaces refer in particular to the enhancement of conviviality and the possibility of enjoying the extraordinary views that the place suggests: the panoramic points with seats and furnishings that invite the contemplation of the surrounding environment; the auditorium that allows the performance of entertainment, music and entertainment activities; the children's area that invites to play and to stop for families; spaces near the bar and restaurant with green areas that invite you to sit and spend time; the paths to the sea that invite you to stop and explore the coast and the sea as well as a walk to the lighthouse. In the buildings of new construction the restoration is foreseen in the upper part while in the lower part a music school directly overlooks the sea; in addition, the bathing establishment with service areas, toilets and storage areas and an underground car park with more than 50 seats are located below.
