With experienced professionals in industrialized construction systems and for five years devoted entirely to research in the residential area, the startup SysHaus finds the solution to equate excluding factors inside conventional constructions: constructive speed, high technical and aesthetic quality and concern for the environment. Thus, the SysHaus house brings in its 200 m² a new concept for contemporary living, where efficiency, practicality and sustainability are not only ideal, but effective practices.
Architect: Arthur Casas Design

From the architect: The structural system is composed of standardized types of pillar, beam, joint node and screw, which when combined result in different configurations of plants and programs, within a limit of up to three floors, either in a flat or sloped terrain. The external and internal coverings, such as floors, walls and linings, are also conceived as part of a docking system. In this way, the residence is entirely assembled in the lot, without generating waste or consuming natural resources such as water - abundantly wasted in conventional construction. From design to conclusion, it can take only 6 months.
Named as “ecosystemic”, the houses are designed with efficient systems and 100% recyclable components, and therefore do not need adaptations to include sustainable solutions. In this way, the house is already delivered with mechanisms of rainwater capture and reuse, solar energy through photovoltaic panels and biodigestor, which transforms organic waste into gas for use in the kitchen and fireplace. It is still possible to opt for a green roof, which contributes naturally for thermal and acoustic comfort.
SysHaus, in addition to having energy efficiency that allows zero cost in the account, can also have automation features. Smart locks powered by the mobile phone, cameras connected to the mobile device and water management system, are some other items that the customer can include in your home.
Efficiency also happens in the acquisition, where the customer buys the house as a product, customizing, choosing options with defined prices and deadlines, so there is no negative surprises, very common in conventional construction systems. The use of intelligent materials allows durability above standards and all projects are guaranteed by 20 years.
Thru Syshaus concept, the customer buys a house as a product, choosing available options with defined prices and deadlines. The frequent negative surprises of conventional constructions are crossed off. The construction system has a durability above market standards, which allows us to offer a 20-year factory warranty. The repairs and replacements of parts are also easy to carry out, since the structure makes it possible to assemble and disassemble all the elements.
For interior design to match the quality of the product’s engineering, Arthur Casas Design signs the first line of the brand. The interiors displays furniture, utilities, finishes and accessories drawn by Arthur Casas in partnership with large national companies and industries – most of the pieces are a release in the market. The architect and designer conceived the interiors within the freestanding concept. Cabinets and kitchen, usually fixed in walls or partitions, arrived in the house in an independent module format. In this way, in case of moving, just disassemble and transfer everything to the new address. . The line of houses signed by Arthur Casas and team can have variations on finishes, coatings and layouts, so that the customer can choose the one of their preference.
The landscaping is from Renata Tilli, who chose species adaptable to the climate of any region. The SysHaus product can always contain all the innovative technologies, already available or that will be discovered in the future, because its model allows a constant process of updating and evolution.
