A writer and poet lives in a 70 sqm Tel Aviv apartment. He is the son of a family of architects who planned the original building. The designers from Studio Perri share: The tenant wanted an apartment in a modern, contemporary and elegant style.

Project's description: In the living area we chose an elegant and prestigious style with monochromatic scale of colors. We chose the black color as the main color that conveys luxury and elegance, combined with additional wooden elements and a gentle greenish touch of the armchair and vegetation.
In the living room there is a modern leather sofa, a lime green velvet chair that adds a touch of color to the space, a living room table that combines wood and iron and decorated carpets. Above the sofa are slim, black shelves with pictures of old Tel Aviv. More pictures of the city's life adorn the walls of the apartment.
From the living room there is an exit to the balcony with an urban view of the rooftops of Tel Aviv. In the dining room, we chose a table with massive wooden legs and a glass plate surrounded with fine black chairs.
The bedroom was designed in dramatic and elegant tones, a black wooden bed and a black wardrobe. From the bedroom there is an exit to the communal balcony. The windows are covered with white curtains. The wall behind the bed was painted gray, and beside the bed two side chests combined with black and walnut.
