Project's description: Keeping the existing structure and preserving the formal and constructive characteristics of the building, 4 apartments were developed, 1 per floor. In an uneven batch, the atypical, narrow and firing staircase was maintained. The program develops differently on each floor, taking advantage of the different characteristics of each space. In this project all phases of intervention have been developed, from the architectural design to the decoration and furniture.
