According to the architects: The clients particularly wanted each room in direct and independent coexistence with the patio/pool, characteristics inherent in the way of being of the family.
Therefore, the house implementation has an occupation in 2 stories, basement and ground floor, developed on uneven floors creating 4 levels. The 1st level is occupied by the garage, storage, laundry and has direct car access from the street through a ramp. The pool machinery house is also at this level but with access from the outside. The 2nd level is occupied with two suites and storage. The 3rd level is where the pedestrian and main entrance in the house takes place and where the social program is reunited consisting of entrance, lounge, kitchen/eating area and toilet support. The 4th level is occupied by two more suites and an office.
The distribution scheme has been designed in order to allow all liveable spaces (living room, kitchen and bedrooms) have a direct connection to the patio and pool, from whose quota it´s possible to see the Ocean. The house is closed to the outside (street), characterized by the stone façade, and opens into the allotment interior through the glass front.
